Exchange Policy


Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds are permitted. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to help you to exchange your purchase. Our goal is your total satisfaction! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange, or get in store credit on most items


Goods are eligible for exchange subject to the following terms and conditions. The Salon reserves the right to offer an exchange should these terms not be met or in the event of dispute.  

  • Goods must be in original, saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags

  • Goods must not have been worn, washed, coloured, damaged or altered in any way

  • Custom products are ineligible for exchange

  • Goods must be returned within 72 hours of sales invoice

  • Cost of shipping, return and other associated costs are the responsibility of the customer


Eligible goods can be exchanged for goods or services of equal or lesser value. A store credit note maybe issued which is valid for a period of 14 days from date issue.
